Please get in touch for placing any order – As all items and orders are unique, we are happy to give you full information and answer all questions about what we sell and what you would like to buy.
For both individual and wholesale orders – We will send a picture and/or video to you before shipping so that the buyer can confirm that they are happy with what they will receive.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer – Cost depends on buyer’s location and order (weight etc)
Returns – All orders run on a 30-Day return system. If a buyer is not happy with an order, they can return it within 30 days. Return shipping is met by the buyer. Get in touch asap if you want to return an order.
Exchanges – The same as above. If a buyer is not happy with their order, they an apply to exchange (depending on availability). Get in touch asap if you want to exchange an order and we will check that the items you want are currently available or not. Again, shipping for exchanges are met by the buyer.
Damage – If your items have been damaged through shipping , please get in touch and send images.
